Remap Key Board in Windows تغير مفتاح في لوحة المفاتيح بدلا من مفتاح
May be you face problem in you laptop , key is broken or have problem when you press, and you know change keyboard for you laptop cost money, so what want to do, you know there is keys in keyboards rare we use it or never used like key between left Ctrl and window key .this key i never used so my space bar key is broken in my laptop so i was go to change it .first my keyboard not exist in market ,second if it found it cost about 50$. so the solution is remap the keyboard.

في حال تعطل أحد مفاتيح لوحة المفاتيح في اللاب توب . ولا ترغب بشراء لوحة لارتفاع التكلفة او عجم تواجدها في السوق اليك الحل حيث توجد مفاتيح ناذرا ما نستخدمها او حتى لا نستخدمها ابدا .فيمكنك استبدال المفتاح بدلا منه بمفتاح اخر اتبع الخطوات التالية في الاداة التالية
after click in sharpkey not need to install as you
1-press number 1 to add . the next window will appear.
1- Is the key you want to change when press this key new window will appear tell you which key you want to change .
2- the key you want to work as alternative key for the key you change the image in the next will explain.
3- after choose the broken key and alternative key press ok.
here in this example i want to change space bar key , i mean an other key will work as space bar
so you have 2 choices,
first choose from list the name of key which is space bar or
second if space bar key still work try to press and will chosen.
1- press ok. next image chosen the alternative to woke like space bar.
here i choose right Ctrl from list to work as space bar key
1- press ok.
after choose you see button write to registry press it .
restart windows or log off.
if you want to return it as previous just open program and you will see in window title change choose it press delete press write to registry

Victims of torture and disappearances of Palestine refugees in Syria
Highlighted serious human rights report highlights the suffering of Palestinian refugees in Syria , documented cases of murder under torture , victims of enforced disappearance , which took place during the period between August / August 2012 , and September / September 2013 .
The report issued this European network to defend the rights of Palestinian prisoners and detainees , and the Working Group for the Palestinians in Syria , relying on a daily field work inside Syria , including camps and homes where lives of Palestine refugees .
The report was launched - which obtained Jazeera Net , a copy of it - to make a number of official statistics on the number of Palestinian refugees in Syria , pointing out that the number reached 530 thousand refugees entered the country in accordance with time- varying dates .
The report noted that the launch of Syrian Revolution , had an impact on Palestine refugees who sided with each one of my team conflict , while the preferred majority neutrality , explaining that the number of people killed as a result of military actions amounted , according to statistics of the working group for the Palestinians in Syria in 1670 killed until the end of September / September .

Multiplicity of cases
The organizers of the monitoring report 604 cases of arrest and forced disappearance , all of whom disappeared in unknown circumstances exactly as stated in the text of the report .

And talk to the information documented in the report on the dozens of Palestinian civilians who died in Syrian prisons as a result of direct or liquidation under torture after being subjected to the harshest and most kinds of torture , and in places unknown to the families of the victims in most cases.
The report indicates that the census victims of killings under torture in prisons has reached 105 victims of Palestinian refugees, who were arrested in earlier times in clear violation and flagrant violation of both international conventions and regional and even national and relevant national prohibiting torture.

Demands action
And the organizers of the report that these practices, which are in Syrian prisons against detainees Syrians and Palestinians raises significant concerns about the fate of thousands of them , demanding to move immediately to all regional and international levels and the Palestinian to take steps to pressure on the Syrian authorities and monitored with regard to human rights.
It also confirmed the European Network for the Defense of Human Palestinian prisoners and detainees , and the Working Group for the Palestinians in Syria that the duty of the parties to the conflict - the Syrian regime and armed opposition groups - the fate of the detainees in prisons and detention centers , whether confidential or advertised, also demanded that the two institutions should be disclosed about the fate of the bodies of those who have been liquidated .
Institutions have also confirmed their intention to deliver this report to embassies and human rights institutions and the international media , as well as presented to the British Parliament hearings in November , and arrange a meeting to discuss it during a session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva in March / March .

An Overview of Gaza's ICT Labor Market [Report]
The report, titled “Gaza Labor Market Needs Assessment for the Digital Economy”, surveyed 141 university graduates in Gaza with degrees in ICT, to assess skill gaps and preferred tools in the sector. Some are highlighted here:
- In 2012, 32% of the labor force in Gaza was unemployed.
- In the first quarter of 2012, 47% of women were unemployed.
- At 58%, Gaza’s youth unemployment is more than double the regional average.
- In 2012, ICT contributed 0.56% to the real gross domestic product (GDP) growth of the West Bank, and a mere 0.02% to the real GDP growth of Gaza.
- In 2011, 41% of businesses with ICT tools in Gaza used computers, 34% used the internet, 12% did electronic transactions, and only 4% had websites.
- In the West Bank and Gaza in 2012, 17% of women participated in the labor force, compared to 68.7% of men.
- Women polled in the survey question the quality of their education for workforce preparation, as well as the market qualifications of their instructors.
The report also details the use of specific ICT skills and tools, and gaps in ICT education and employment opportunities in Gaza, based on focus groups conducted with ICT school graduates, higher education institutions, and ICT companies.
